o Strong clinical Nurses who have comprehensive medical nursing knowledgeo Need to have experience with advanced Telemetry equipmento Ability to respond quickly to emergent situations. o Experience assisting with ventilators, tracheostomies, arterial lines, IVs, central lines, IV pumps, syringe pumps, PD catheters, Foley catheters, G-tubes, NG-tubeso 2 Years of Nursing experience in critical care, or Stepdown Nursing positionso Active state license as a Registered Nurseo Current BLS, ACLS and PALS (facility dependent)o Strong documentation skills o Ability to learn and adjust new EMR systems, equipment, and facilitieso Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team member in a multidisciplinary team. o Willingness to float and assist others in the delivery of patient care.
