inventory planning, buying, expediting, and allocation across a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of consumer healthcare categories.
Generally, Ld.
Directors have line accountability for a Business Unit ( 10 Categories), including budgeting purchases and balance sheet stewardship (inventory cost).
The Ld.
Director is responsible for executing plans that achieve business goals including:
sales, margin, service levels, inventory turns, GMROII, purchase order fill rates, and customer / colleague satisfaction.
Finally, this role with partner closely with category management counterparts and external partners to drive growth and improve business outcomes.
Major Responsibilities Include:
Build, develop and elevate a high-performing team to include leveraging tools such as competency assessments, continuous coaching/feedback, and well-defined individual development plansDevelop annual budgets for inventory targets ('open to buy') and purchases, working with category management counterpartsAchieve service-level goals, while ensuring demand plan (sales; margin) is deliveredOversee buying (supply) and allocation (demand) operational forecasting for thousands of SKUs, to include seasonal and promotional plans, localized needs for unique store formats, and new item/brand launchesProvide rigorous and accurate end-of-period inventory, purchases, and store shipments financial forecasts to key FP&A and Supply Chain partnersLead team to identify opportunities to improve inventory productivity and optimize working capital across SKUs and vendors through deductive analysis and research, including:
channel conversions, targeted SKU rationalization, strategic divestment, inventory transfers, lead time optimization, and novel ownership / payment strategies, among other opportunitiesEvolve our leading replenishment toolkit, to include iterating and advising with key data science partners on machine learning forecasting strategies and agility to react to trends while collaborating with inventory support partners on enhancing parameters such as ordering and fulfillment quantities, target inventory levels, safety stock needs, etc.
Drive innovation and new capability design while ensuring consistency and the active sharing of knowledge across the planning community, to include core responsibilities (e.
g.
, vendor collaborative forecasting, clearance optimization, inventory levels accuracy) and 'how' we work (e.

, team engagement, education and upskilling materials, mentorship)Advise on evolution of integrated business planning capabilities, to include partnering with distribution center, logistics and front line (store) colleagues to drive enhanced accuracy in upstream/downstream volume projectionsEstablish effective partnerships with the vendor community to capitalize on supply chain product flow opportunities through forecast visibility and accuracy, prioritization decisions across substitutable items and negotiations as required Partner cross-functionally to support vendor adherence to supply chain compliance programs, and collaborate with reverse logistics colleagues to limit waste, and drive marginUtilize a 'Test and Learn' approach:

00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
