Designer
Designer Responsibilities Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (Mondays & Fridays are remote and Tues, Wed & Thurs are in office) The Retail Pharmacy Layout and Design role is responsible for the development and management of all pharmacy layout designs under the supervision of the Manager of Retail Pharmacy Layout. Layout designs are created and implemented to support initiatives, projects, and programs that result in changes to the overall look, feel, and operations of the pharmacy department. Creation of appropriate layout designs involves analysis of internal operational elements, building standards, state Board of Pharmacy regulations, municipal building regulations and current pharmacy design standards. Utilizing creative design research methodologies Communicate design cost and production impact of design elements Maintain design concept through out production process Improve workflows for graphic design projects Produce design documents that explains design to clients and developers Complete special web and graphic design projects Create original design solutions for brand expression including typographic design, exhibit and environmental design and graphic communications Assist with content development and graphic design Approve design deliverables to maintain integrity of design language Support all advertorial graphic concept and design work Learning design and content development Inform the design of digital products Ensure the design solutions are Developing customer requirements from design to production Leading all design phases for interior projects Recognize design dependencies with related product documentation and propose design changes or new designs Perform design documentation such as ARCGIS Resolve design issues and prepare design kick-off packages for production drafting Manage all aspects of print design projects and lead team creative projects ASSIST WITH THE CREATION AND PRESENTATION OF MULTIPLE, ORIGINAL DESIGNS PER SEASON FROM THE VISION Designer Requirements Essential qualifications and functions for the Retail Pharmacy Layout and Design roleo 3

years' experience with MS Office software (e.g., Excel and Word) requiredo Ability to analyze and interpret various sources of datao Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet timeline requirements for other supporting departmentso Ability to communicate clearly both written and orally with various in-house personnel, field management and various outside vendor representativeso Ability to follow clear, concise directions with minimal supervisiono Regular and reliable attendanceo Any additional tasks as directed by supervisor or managero Bachelors degree, or equivalent experiencePreferred qualifications and functionso 3
