We need a highly motivated and organized nurse who is interested in being a part of a facility and family that strives for excellence, in all facets of a skilled nursing unit.
Our main goal is to surround our residents with the best of everything we can give them, which is what they deserve.
Job Highlights Direct day-to-day functions of the nursing activities in accordance with current regulations.
Meet with nursing staff and support staff to develop the residents plan of care.
Admissions and discharges of facility residents Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records/computer skills are a plus Communications with our residents family members Collaborates with all staff, physicians, rehabilitation therapy and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents on assigned nursing unit.
Daily rounds to ensure that all nursing staff is performing their work assignments in accordance with acceptable nursing standards.
Friendly Home is a 126 bed skilled nursing home located in a serene woodland area of Northern RI.
For more than 50 years, we have provided excellent nursing and rehabilitation services in our family owned, family-operated facility.
