The Analyst, Retail Strategic Product Development is a vital contributor within the Pharmacy Operations Department in the development of company-wide strategic service offerings and new business opportunities in our retail pharmacies. The Analyst will help manage new delivery initiatives that have a profound impact on the future direction of the company overall. Specifically, the Analyst will be engaged across all phases of new product/service development, with particular emphasis on solution ideation, design, and testing. This position is also involved in the planning, design and execution of pilot programs. -1.Strategic Product & Service Development: Assist team leaders in the diagnosis, solution development, planning, testing, and implementation of new strategic products and services that incorporate all of the company's assets and delivery methods (This includes detailing the potential product/service, organizing a cross-functional team, and proposing a timely analysis with predetermined milestones. 2.Quantitative Analysis: Scope and plan any and all financial and quantitative analyses that will yield critical answers to the questions at hand. Understand the required data sets to complete the analyses and procure them accordingly. Deliver timely, zero-defect eEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
