Provide strategic legal counsel to internal business partners and leadership. Primary responsibility will include providing regulatory advice concerning pharmacy law. The Legal Counsel will proactively advise internal business partners on a wide variety of matters and work collaboratively with other attorneys and stakeholders on issues related to pharmacy law issues for our pharmacies, and legal and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate must have the ability to identify business and legal risks and provide solutions which balance legal issues and business objectives.In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to develop a deep understanding of the business and operational goals of assigned internal clients and work diligently to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients at all levels of the organization. Preference is for the position to be located in Northbrook, Il or Woonsocket, RI.
Job Function: LegalEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
